Nope. In contrast to other apartment complexes, we operate on a per-bed leasing system rather than per-unit. This approach significantly alleviates the stress of lease signing, making the process much more straightforward for our residents.
We are a pet friendly community. We collect a non-refundable pet fee of $200 and monthly pet rent of $25. Both amounts are collected on a per pet basis with a maximum of two pets per unit.
